before i started with the Low Carbs, i was having to eat every 2-3 hours!, im finding that i can now leave it at least 3 hours before i need to eat, plus i also make sure i eat regularly just to stop my bloods from going too low. I always thought it was best to eat at regular intervals, obviously some can go longer than others, but that doesnt work for me at the moment.Do people need to eat on a 5 hour journey, its just like going from one meal-time to another surely?
