Diagnosed prediabetic Easter 2014. Just left to get on with it, no guidance or help from GP. Every day I'm learning something new.

Atkins has various stages and things have to be weighed.
I eat LCHF and don't weigh anything.
Some of the foods are similar so everyone assumes they are but they aren't. Tonight we are having meatballs and salad followed by strawbs and cream. Yum!
 
Ok thanks. I've read diet doc lots but not Atkins so have no idea.

Have you lost much on LCHF?

I'm a bit paranoid that just suddenly swapping carbs for fat will result in weight gain.

2 stone 5lbs since 28th of jan this year! Go for it! It works! Bs halved!
