I returned to full on low carb last Monday 09/05/16 and was slightly overweight at 99 kg. This morning I weighed in at 94.5 kg , that's a 4.5 kg loss in 8 days. As I do strenuous daily exercise the weight just drops off when low carbing. My target weight is 91 kg for running purposes.

What made you decide to start low carbing again? Was it just the desire for weight loss, or something else?
Mainly weight loss and an attempt at improving my athletic performanceAround 1 year ago , by accident, I found I had a fairly good tolerance of high carb foods (mainly chocolate bars) in the evening and this lead to weight gain over time.
