LCHF diet - anyone know of meal plans I can follow please? Any advice as I’d like to start a weight loss diet and have never done s lchf diet before. Thank you ️

I have been following the dietdoctor for the last 3 weeks and have lost 12lbs!! Even better I have had my Gliclazide tablets removed by the doctor today.
