leaking pump reservoir

HI All
I am new to this forum. I have had Type 1 for 26 years and an insulin pump for 11 years. In the last two weeks, I have twice had horrifically high blood sugars which turned out to be caused by a leaking reservoir in my Paradigm pump. I use the QuickSets. Has anybody had this problem at all? Thanks :shock:
 
oh my goodness no we havent but only had the pump a month and a half so not really had many probs occur only bubbles really, hope u get this sorted tho

No I haven't had it happen and my first thought would be that the little plastic o rings in the reservoir aren't sealing properly ie a faulty batch BUT I read elsewere of this happening to someone else recently. They phoned metronic who replaced their pump.
 
I think I have a dodgy batch of reservoirs, getting some more tomorrow. Second leak put my second pump out of action and gave me scary high bgs. Had my first carbs since Friday tonight, along with a hypo! Getting pretty fed up with the whole thing now!
