I looked up this video lecture by Robert H Lustig M.D on youtube after it being mentioned on Channel 4 Documentary "Are you addicted to sugar"
It's 1h30m long and extremely interesting. If you have ever wondered to yourself that there may be something wrong with our food then this is a must see lecture.
