Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else has any ulcers because of their diabetes. This is how I was diagnosed with diabetes 8 years ago. The ulcer left a scar on my leg and it makes me quite conscious when wearing skirts etc. I try covering it with make up and even got referred to a clinic that specialise in camouflage make up but the scar is still visible. Since I'm coming 21 and am quite young this scar on my leg really gets me down. I've been told by the doctor nothing can be done about it. Does anyone have any advice what I could do? Does anyone know if laser treatment or anything would work?
