Hi can anyone tell me what it means if you have red spots on your legs and are they harmful. I am type 1diabetic.
 
I do not believe red spots on your legs are related to type 1 diabetes ... at least, I have never had them.
It could be many things.
If you are concerned, it is probably worth getting a doctor to check them out.

Are you referring to "general" blemishes? Or injection site related...?

I would certainly agree with getting a doc to look at it.
