He has lost three stone and is on a sugar free diet. He is also using yoga to combat his diabetes.

He certainly looks a lot better for shifting the weight, perhaps he could be persuaded to share his diet with us!!

He has well and truly lost weight, his late mother losing both her legs to diabetes would be motivation enough to get on top of things; wishing Lenny the best of luck!!!!
