I have had a huge relapse in my low carb diet since Christmas, we are talking full on pasta binges.
Since getting back on the wagon, I'm getting a little sick of my fish and broccoli staple, and was wondering if lentils in small quantity with other veg could be a good option?
I see they are quite high in carbs, but really need something with a bit of bulk that can be spiced up a little, or I'm going to end up replacing into a huge bowl of pasta again!
