So when I went away on holiday i decided I wanted to cut out the processed food. Don’t eat a lot but do eat sausages most days and bacon everyday.

So I went to butchers, got pork mince and made sausages. Just added eggs so pretty much carb free.

Has to be said said big mistake.

Also wanted to cut down on food to see if I could lose more weight.

So cut back on butter when frying breakfast and reduced bacon etc.

Again big mistake but I hadn’t noticed.

Anyway I’ve noticed that I was eating more and finding days harder. Bad food was creeping in and I just wasn’t realising.

Went out Saturday and ate bad food but was eating out and took some of my own food but still find eating out for lunch impossible. Dinner not so much.

Since Sunday been incredibly good. But dear lord I’ve felt rough.

Felt all week like I’ve had the flu. Then it dawned on me that I just didn’t have energy and I was eating what I usually eat at late afternoons earlier.

So went to shop Tuesday morning, bought chipolatas and still felt lousy (but expecting that for a bit) but appetite seems back to normal. Still very tired but not eating as much during the day.

Do lesson learned is, don’t fiddle with the diet. It worked so I need to just keep it as it is.

I’ll have to work out te weight loss another way somehow!
