Absolutely agree. Many of us will have over-indulged a little over the last few days. Can I encourage you all to get back on track now that it's the 27th December. It's so easy to extend the Christmas season right through to New Year's Day, but for those of us trying to keep our numbers tight, I think this would be taking things too far and it would be so easy to fall into bad habits and get an appetite for the carbs. I hope you will join me in saying NO to all the leftovers, boxes of biscuits and Christmas tree chocolates that are lying about the house. Let's look forward to a fit and healthy 2015.

I'm with you on this after two days of overindulgence I can't wait to get back to normal food .
Today is the return to my usual LCHF diet so we will see if bs improves tomorrow .
I'd join but will wait until the leftover rib of beef is finished if you don't mind.As it has no carbs, it's not going to be too problematic.
I think rib of beef sounds on track. Unless of course you will be having lots of Yorkshire pud, roast potatoes, followed by Christmas pud mince pies, chocolate and brandy.
That does sound nice. We seem to have a lot of cheese in our fridge. It is low carb, so cheese heaven for me. Had some stilton on mushrooms. It was delicious. I am, however, vary of weight gain, so will be making a lot of individual portions of cheesy food and sauces to freeze. Otherwise, my plan to get on track could take some time.I had a couple of slices for lunch today on some rye bread with slices of brie on top. A few moments under the grill to melt the brie and it was delicious.

Me too. Although all milk choc and biscuits have now left the house and been given away. I am enjoying a few after 8's, a little bit more homemade Christmas cake. Then new years eve a few nibbles.I'm waiting until New Years day to get back on track
By then I could be 2 stones heavier than last week! I started back on track this afternoon.I'm waiting until New Years day to get back on track
