Is 73 your HbA1c Patsy? If it is, I winder if your doses need to be tweaked a bit.

Do you adjust your insulin doses, based on what you eat and drink?

this was my last one
Haemoglobin A1c level - IFCC standardised 69 mmol/mol

Yes I am wondering about whether I should ask to see a diabetic specialist about the Insulin and dosages as am on very little

You sound like you aren't taking enough insulin for the food you are eating. If your weight is ok then the diabetes team need to help you adjust the insulin doses. If you need to lose weight then try dropping the carb intake and you will hopefully find the hba1c drops too.

Do you have a CGM?

No not need loose weight I am only 8 stone 10 pound and they have said DO NOT loose weight chuckles, and I hate to try diet and watch what i eat as I will loose more weight but I have been increase the insulin to try combat the highs we shall see if this works thank you for your replies xxx
