I tested at 11.6 I had eaten two Christmas chocolates (must say with xmas party season I have indulged a little) need to get back on track as my first review is next week. I went for a 15 minute walk with the dog and I was down 7.3 is it normal to drop so quickly. I always wash my hands thoroughly before testing

I can drop by 3 points after a walk

Works for me too, but don't use that as an excuse to eat chocolates.

I had my review and if the receptionist read it right she said my results today was hba1c 38
