Levemir Shortage

Hi all, over the last two months I have been having problems getting hold of Levemir from my local Chemist. Last month I had to wait for ten days, to day I went to pick up my new supply, and again the Chemist told me that it would be two to three day's before he had any stock.

I live on the Welsh border at Chepstow, is anyone else around the country having similar problems, or is it just in my area that this is happening?

Could be something simple like your chemist hasn't been paying his suppliers so they won't deliver!!

Ring NovoNordisk and ask them if it's true.

I live in Cornwall, and have had no trouble getting mine

Seems fine in South London - I've just had a prescription filled with no problems
