There is one exception though for those who are on SGLT2 inhibitors, they have risks of euglycemic ketoacidosis...

Not that it should matter to anyone else, but I normally roll between 3-4mmol/L and seem to function optimally this way. I sometimes measure 5+ but since my average glucose is 4.7mmol/L I am not concerned with the higher ketone readings.
