Im now back on Levemir and its a disaster, I take a small dose at night 6 units at 11pm , because a larger dose make me hypo through night it wears off before morning so then I go higher even with extra novorapid, I need corrections through morning as keep going higher, then in afternoon go hypo because morning Levemir 10 units kicked in, so I do not know what to do, this was the reason I went on tresiba, but that made feel very unwell and was advised to come off by consultant , should I take levemir x3 aday? But that does seem crazy, help I at wits end, have had his problem for months with back ground insulin dont know what to do, as I just seem sensitive to carbs now and I don't enjoy eating any more, im 9 st 10lb, I have lost a stone through this since December and can't think how I can stop this i saw consultant as he doesn't seem concerned by it
