Hello Since we had the total mess up with the Libra sensors crash the other weekend!
Has anyone been experiencing the following?
Prior to the crash, ipgrade I didnt have many problems with loosing my sensor signal around my house or in general
Since the new upgrade I loose the signal between my I phone and the sensor if its only a couple of metres away
which is within the distance stated by the manufactueres
cheers Mac

Hey Mac,
I’ve had the update on the Libre 2 since Monday and haven’t had signal since, yet my phone is constantly by my side. The Libre 2, for me, was a real game changer. Since Monday it’s been an epic fail. I turn my Bluetooth on and off and same with my phone (iPhone 13) but this does not solve anything. I only get alert’s after I’ve scanned to check, not before, when my levels go below/above what I’ve set, below 4 or above 10.
I’ve resorted back to doing blood tests from today as I’ve completely lost trust in the Libre and have gone backwards it feels.
Last night I had quite a serious hypo as, again, no alerts. I injected long acting based on the last 3 scans before bed but had the alerts worked, I’d have been notified.
I’ve been T1 for 45 years and really thought the Libre 2 had made a huge, positive impact on my life. Now I’m wishing they’d just left it as it was.
