hi, my sensor stopped working after 6days. It was showing LO constantly, I didn't check my blood and just ate all the usual sugary stuff. When I checked my blood it was sky high. It continued to show LO. I rang the help line and they sent a replacement but didn't tell me I had to return the sensor so I threw it away!! Now I have received an envelope so I can send it back. Going to grovel about in the bin to see if I can find it. Just want to warn other people that they need the sensor back. I didn't even think about it. Have emailed them to let them know.

I also find that when you are 'low' there is a lot of difference in the readings. Now I go back to testing blood if I'm low.

Good that u had positive response from them 2 of 3 of mine faulty got one replaced but other one stopped working as over a week refused to replace. They ' generously' offered free p&p with next purchase! Told me there is no law that 'faulty goods should be replaced' As Developed in USA do not need to follow European rule.
I agree readings often very different had that problem too with one but after 3 days difference between 1.5 - 3 so a bit better. Wonder how useful these are for children/parents if showing 'Hypo Lo and Hi when not really.
