Hi all,
My iPhone recently updated its OS. Today my Libre 2+ sensor expired and I attempted to start a new one but it wouldn't even scan. Having spoken to Abbott Customer Care it now turns out that the app on my phone isn't compatible with the upgraded iOS software and I'm thrown back to using the Abbott scanner; it works but is much less convenient than the smartphone app.
I appreciate that I'm probably (more than) a bit behind the curve on this and that lots of other people have already discovered this; I'm wondering if anybody has any further information in terms of how far along Abbott might be in updating the app's compatibility with the latest iOS, or if its even a priority for them.
