not sure if anyone here can advise, but maybe someone has had similar.
@dick48 , I would be trying the Abbot helpline. This must be so frustrating for you. Do you have other means to test blood glucose in the meantime?

Just phoned Freestyle customer services. Gave them all info they requested and was told they would send me a new sensor immediately and if I have a spare to install it. I have installed spare and it works. It would appear nothing to do with IOS 18.3.
