I've reverted to my older NovoPen 4 in case the newer pen was applying too much pressure etc. I reported the failure to NovoNordisk and I will be returning the faulty cartridge to them. My fridge temperature is not too low causing freezing. A year ago Novo had faulty NovoRapid cartridges and issued a public warning although the person I spoke to at Novo was unaware of that (!). Anyone else come across the problem?</p></blockquote><p></p>
