I have had that error on occasions, I keep trying every ten minutes and it often rights itself eventually. If yours doesn’t come right then contact Abbott, they will ask if you kept scanning it for two hours, if you did and it still doesn’t work they will replace it. Keep the faulty one as they will ask you to send it back.
Try again in 10 minutes is often related to the Sensor readings changing too fast. This could be because your levels are rising or falling fast or because the sensor is not reading properly. If your levels are rising or falling, the sensor will respond when your levels stabilise. If not, the sensor will fail.
I get that error if I don't position the phone correctly.
I then clear the error and check the precise location of the Libre sensor by touch, and carefully move the phone over it.
With my phone it often works better if it is a little bit away from the sensor, perhaps a hand's thickness away from my arm.
I would ignore the 10 minutes wait in the message and keep clearing the error and trying different positions with the phone.
