Type 1 Libre 2 sensors falling off

We have had 2 Libre 2 sensors that have fallen off recently. Been using and applying them for several years now so should not be a problem. Anyone else had the same?

I had one fall off this morning. I'd only applied it yesterday and hadn't even activated it yet.
Called Abbott and they've issued a free replacement no quibbling.
Fingers crossed the spares I have work stay on as they re from the same batch
