You can set it to whatever suits you best.
If you tend to stay mostly in range you might like to set the high alarm lower to see where you can improve.
If you're struggling to stay mostly below 20, setting the range to 10 can be very demotivating.
If you're prone to sudden drops and serious hypos you might want to up the low range a bit to try and prevent hypos.
The best setting is highly personal.
