Hi, does anyone successfully submerge their shoulders in a nice hot bath with Libre on? I’m reluctant to test it, for too long - (seconds only) and currently have a bath only on swapping sensors at end of 14days?.
Also I’ve been on 4 holidays abroad - fairly sunny climates, and on 3 out of the 4 the libre has died, very early into the holiday - 4th survived by frequently wetting the cloth that I had covering it. Anyone got any tips on how to get them through a sunny holiday? TIA

I use a Libre 2 plus with a waterproof cover and enjoy a long warm bath from time to time. I don’t holiday abroad but I do wear my Libre 2 plus in the sauna for a short while 5 - 10 mins after a swim

Yep I have done the long dip in a boiling hot bath no problems ever I even put baby oil in my bath too and still no probs

I frequently submerge my sensor in a nice hot bubbly bath, for about 30-40 minutes. it triggers the lost signal alarm after a few minutes, just as it does when I am in the garden, but once I am out of bath and dried off the readings resume without any issue. Jak

I take baths and submerge my sensor, I have also travelled abroad without any problems when swimming. I do though have patches that i put over my sensor so that I get the full 14 to 16 days use (I put a new sensor on a few days before the old sensor runs out).
