Libre first edition

If you have ever used Freestyle Libre’s first edition, please let me know your feedback.

In my case, the readings when compared to my gluco meter showed around 20 mg/dL lesser on the sensor. This was true for the first five days of use. Then suddenly, the sensor started showing readings that were 50% less as compared to the glucometer.

Has anyone had any positive experiences?

Are the newer ones more accurate?
 
I used the Libre1's for about 3-4 years - I normally found they were about 1-2 mmol/L (18-36mg/dl) out for me, but they were consistently out so I could tell what I was out once I'd got through the first day

Note, I never got to try the Libre2's as I got moved to a different one that works with my pump instead before the Libre2's were available
 
Oh, I forgot to mention in my reply - they were a complete game changer for me - got my HbA1c into decent number (previously had not been lower than about 58 for my entire life - mostly 65+) - the libre 1 helped me get it down to 43-46.
I feel lost without a sensor now
