Libre link app on phone not working

I’m very new to Libre 2, I’ve downloaded the app and my phone is not recognising the sensor, all the appropriate things are turned on, nfc, Bluetooth.
I’ve been on the phone to Freestyle this morning, and they told me the phone is ok, but they are having problems with the phone app and just to keep checking to see if it is working. Is anyone else having problems with the app, I am getting so frustrated, constantly on the phone to freestyle and all they want to do is send me another sensor
 
I'm also having issues with the app. It was fine until I updated it, now it's going slow and always saying "sensor error". Reviews on Google play also suggest there's an issue as people are leaving reviews complaining about this too. Let's hope they sort it out soon.
