Libre Monitor problem

I was given a Libre Monitor by my dietician this week to track my blood sugars for the next 2 weeks so that she can see if there are any patterns in high and low blood sugars. I plugged it in to recharge last night and now cannot get it to work. The screen says: Connection- Connected to the computer. It wont turn off or correct itself. The help number is only staffed Monday to Friday and we cannot find the answer by ggoogling it. Anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried turning it off yourself? I haven't had much of a problem with the reader. It was very straight forward with the reader.
 
I take it you have unplugged the cable? At the screen where it says ready to scan click the button a couple of times.

You can also try connecting it to the charger, leaving it for a few minutes and then disconnecting it again.
