Every 20 minutes today I have had a message saying signal loss and scan sensor. I do this and 20 minutes later I get the same message. I switched all the alarms off and back on, same with my iPhone. No difference. I have the latest app and IOS. Abbott told me to scan every 10 minutes for 2 hours to see if that reset everything. It didn’t. They are sending me a new sensor. However, I replaced the “faulty” sensor with a new one and am having the same issues. Has anyone else had this problem and if so has anything resolved it? I had linked the previous sensor to Shuggah but of course that’s not working either now.

I have exactly the same problem. I called the customer service number and after 1 hour they replied. Basically he told me to delete app again, reinstall it, turn alarms on and off but this only worked for about a couple of hours. I’m still getting the signal loss so have to scan every time. It does not show a continuous glucose reading and the alarms are not working. Mind boggling! I don’t understand why Abbots chose to delete an app from our systems which were working fine before they had a new updated version that worked! Hoping to call them again today.

I am having exactly the same problems - alarms aren’t working, it doesn’t work as a CGM, constantly saying signal loss, and have to scan it every time. I’m an iPhone user, not android.
