Thanks - but I tried to hold the phone up to the sensor (not applied to my arm) just holding it in my hand but it looks dead.It shows after you hold your phone to the sensor to scan it!
And nice to see you here.
I have never tried to activate a new sensor before applying so I'm not sure. But with the sensor being in the inserter thing still I doubt I'd be able to get my phone close enough to scan it anyway. Thanks - but I tried to hold the phone up to the sensor (not applied to my arm) just holding it in my hand but it looks dead.
So does applying it to the arm, ejecting it from the applicator, activate it somehow?
Wait, the sensor is still in the applying thing, right?just holding it in my hand

Why are you trying?
If that did happen you could call Abbott for help. They would be able to solve the problem or send you a replacement. Good luck.Because I did a course over Zoom with the hospital after they gave me a Libre 2 to try but I was the only one that the App' wasn't working for. But I don't know if the sensor has to be applied for the App' to work. If I apply the sensor and it still doesn't work (becuase it's the App or my phones) then I've wasted a sensor.
Thanks but already tried that, they couldn't sort it out.If that did happen you could call Abbott for help. They would be able to solve the problem or send you a replacement. Good luck.
Does your phone have NFC?Because I did a course over Zoom with the hospital after they gave me a Libre 2 to try but I was the only one that the App' wasn't working for. Do I understand correctly that this sensor is a replacement sensor Abbott sent you for the one you didn't get to work at the zoom session?
Ah, I see what you mean. I usually scan the new sensor with that screen to start the hour warm up.I just takes me to "How to apply a sensor"
