A couple of years ago, the diabetes Facebook groups were full of people struggling with the adhesive and getting a reaction to it, but I hardly see those posts anymore so they must have changed the glue to something most people tolerate.
If you still have a reaction, there are some options to try. Skin tack, a specific type of nose spray under the sensor (will look it up for you if needed), or Tegaderm type film under the sensors are all things that have worked for different people.
