Libre2 loss signal

I know there has been some previous debate on this. My sensor keeps sending lost signal warnings. I've checked my Bluetooth and the sensor is not listed but still will take a reading if I use my phone to touch my arm. I've cleared the cache and rebooted the phone but still an unexplainable alarm recures I turn the sensor alarm off when out of range to stop these annoying messages will I still receive hypo/hyper warnings

The intention is that with the signal alarm off the others should work independently but difficult to say it will work for defining this situation where it alarming to tell you there is no signal.
