Anyone else having difficulty transferring NovoPen dose memory to the LibreLink app? I’ve not been able to upload since late Saturday st.
It’d be helpful to know if it’s just me or a wider problem.

Update - seems there’s been an upload outage (iOS phone) from Saturday pm to now, just found I can upload the last two doses. Odd.

never had an issue with the above. personally i hated the pen auto uploading then having to uncheck doses. found that entering data for injections manually was so much easier & quicker :)

The trouble is when having multiple doses and corrections it’s amazing how quickly you forget when you took insulin. I like the fact that it holds the information and you can download when you have time. I’ve found them a godsend.

Where an earth did the above come from?
known issue with mobile phone app. been like that for a wee while. hopefully when forum gets update it maybe fix the numbers issue.

last dose without downloading is still available to view on the pen alongside the time :)

When you’ve needed to change doses, cos of ratios, seasonal long-acting differences, extraordinary circumstances, it’s really useful to have a logbook entry for the past few days.
