Type 1.5 Libreview driver query

I'm using the freestyle libre. I have the app on my phone, but during the night my husband scans me with the reader. I know I have to connect the reader to my pc to upload the readings, but every time I try it says I have to install a driver, which I have done twice now. Is this normal?
In case it makes a difference my pc has windows 10.

I get that message too. Usually if I ignore it and plough on, the software works.
