Licence Revoked - DVLA changing story

My dad recently lost his license due to 'insulin related diabetes'.

We then went to his GP who confirmed that my dads diabetes in
no way affects his ability to drive. He wrote us a letter which we
sent to the DVLA but now they have written back witha different
story saying that they have revoked the licence due to the driving
test that they made him do.

I read a copy of the report and it says that his driving is OK but
there are areas he needs to improve in.

Surely, the thing to do is to make him take some more lessons?

Furthermore, they also have the cheek to add that there may some
further issues with my dad that have not been diagnosed yet. WTH.

can someone please advise what to do????

thanks.

Sorry unable to help but you could contact DUK who may be able to offer you and your father some advice on this matter, here is their contact info:

Yes I totally agree, their input and help with this could be very beneficial! I hope everything gets resolved as it must be very frustrating!
