Lidl Hi protein roll.

Went to local Lidl store for my weekly supply of rolls only to find the shelf bare. Supervisor told me they were being discontinued across the whole of the UK. He also said that it might be that they will bring them back in a new shape. I’ve sent an email asking for clarification and for a recipe/ingredients list to make my own. Will keep you in the loop.
 
There is a whisper that the intention is to change suppliers, but as with most similar things these days there is a gap in supply - I just hope that the new ones are as low carb as the oid ones - if they ever arrive, though it has motivated me into starting to make my own low carb baked items.
 
If you do a search for the other 3 threads about this, you will see the answers we all had when we contacted Lidl.

None in my store now since very early March.
