Lidl Rolls.
This morning I went down to Lidl in Vinaros after hearing that they still sell the recently deleted Rolls that we diabetics relied on.
I bought eight (8) at €0.39 each.
Happy days.

I tried their "Low GI loaf" and found that after eating a few slices there was very little blood left in my glucose due to the high carb content. So I'm not buying it again...
