Hi there,
I have noticed every autumn/winter, many of my health conditions flare up and then get better in spring. I am considering buying a light for SAD (seasonal affective disorder) however, there is a caution for those "hypersensitive to light e.g diabetics". I did not even know that diabetics were hypersensitive to light. Can anyone shed some light (pun intended!) onto this please? Does anyone else use them? Anyone hypersensitive to light and how do you know if you are?
Thanks in advance

I have one I find it to be o.k,I don't sit really close to it just at the right distance,I do find if it is a sunny day in the winter months I go and have a walk around my garden just to get some natural light.
They do seem to have come down a lot in price like Dibbles said I bought mine when they first came out,it is worth a try.
Goodluck.
