linagliptin+ metformin+forxiga

I am on a gliptin but not your make.
No idea on forxiga!
Metformin does not reduce weight.

What does work, is a low carb lifestyle, doing a little more exercise and eating smaller plate sizes at meal times.

Have a read around the low carb forum, see the excellent recipes and ideas.

It really does work, I've lost five stone since diagnosis in just over two years.
