I'm not a HUGE desert and sweets fan but I do like a decent chocolate and and then. Over the past 6-8 months I've discovered this bad boy:

Only 14g of carbs per 100g awesome.
Man I'm having like 1-2 squares a night at the moment.
Lindt has a great variety of cholocate. I sometimes add 1-2 squares of Lindt figue intense to my oatmeal. It makes it all different.
Ooooooh now that is an idea, do you just grate it on top.
I currently add the following into my porridge:
Flakes almonds
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Canderal
Cinnamon
And yes all those fats make it ultra LOW GI so no spike 'usually'
Other possible add-ons - chia seeds, coconut flour/oil, nuts & other spices-ginger, fenugreek & cumin are ones I have triedPeanut butter? Why didn't I think of peanut butter? That's a great idea!
I melt the chocolate in microvawe and add
Cinnamon
Soy milk
Flax seeds
And that's all. I shoul add peanut butter asap. Thank you
Now I’m thinking about melting c or Hotel Chocolat 100% drops over balls of almond butter and setting in the fridge.
Yes you can - melting choc works well in a microwave.I'm gonna try this but with:
Natural peanut butter
Flaked almonds
Handful of oats
Chocolate protein powder
Grated coconut
Topped with Lindt 90% chocolate
And make them into protein balls
Quick question what is the best way to melt chocolate? Can it be done in a microwave?

The 90% is amazing just to eat. I can down the entire bar in one go, so I need to watch out. LOL.
