I have when injecting Insulin over a period of time Lipohypertrophy which is an abnormal accumulation of fat underneath the surface of the skin. It’s most commonly seen in people who receive multiple daily injections I had to stop injecting into one leg and over time it did go away but does everyone else get this I think it very unsightly and how do you stop it

It's very common.

The main bits of advice are always change your needle, always rotate your injection site and inject at the correct angle.

If you get lipos, just switch sites until they've resolved.
