lipoproteins and plasma lipoproteins

Hi all,

I have been searching around on Internet about the difference between lipoproteins and plasma lipoproteins without result. Are they referring the same thing? Please help me to understand them if they are referring to different term. Thanks

I believe the two are one and the same, but I am no expert and could easily be wrong

Hi,

Thanks for your advice.

In the past 2 days, I read many medical documents in re CVD (Cardiovascular disease), some referring lipoproteins and other plasma lipoproteins in the documents. I'm trying to drill down on lipoproteins-(a), the real risk factor of CVD.
