I dont know if anyone else is drinking this but it seems to do wonders for my blood glucose levels

I sweeten it with Erythritol with stevia

Sounds like a nice warming Christmassy alternative to a hot toddy for non drinkers. I’ll look out for it, thanks. Sometimes I do get bored with tea or coffee.

I like quite a few of the fruit and/or herbal teas.

Morrisons do a Spiced Orange which is nice and Christmassy
Asda did, but not currently, a rhubarb and vanilla

I have them unsweetened
