Hello Brett. Kind of you to be concerned for me.
Perhaps I should keep all my moaning and discussing my readings in one thread instead of spamming all the boards @_@
I'm waiting on Amazon to deliver my strips this morning. Really really sick at the moment. A day or two after that 19mmol reading I started feeling better, then I travelled home to London from Somerset and everyone else in the house is sniffly and very rapidly I've been feeling twice as awful as before. Pounding headache, aches all over, raw throat, stuffed nose, sinus pressure, nausea, coughing, light sensitivity and now my teeth and the skin around my nose and mouth really hurts from constant nose-blowing etc
God knows what my BG is right now. Yesterday morning was my last strip and I got 11mmol but think it may have been an error? Besides the 19 the highest morning readings I usually get are 7-9. Usually more like 6.5-7.5! But then again I am sick. I think the numbers will go back to my usual, whether that's normal or not for a non diabetic, when I am better.
I have to go out on location and shoot a music video tomorrow... Really not the time to be ill!!!
