As a general rule, low intensity prolonged cardio will reduce BG levels whilst heavy weights, competition or high intensity exercise will raise levels. I find a period of walking or cycling can drop my BG levels 2mmol,I,m low carbing as well which is working for me
I,m finding my feeling hungry trigger seems to be 5.5 or under it,s a real learning curve.Thanks for the replies thats helping me lots.
