Waitrose are going to discontinue stocking Livlife bread! This is terrible news for me as it is an absolute staple of my diet and helps keep me on track.

I sometimes put it on my Ocado order - still available there
If youre willing to pay higher cost, then Amazon is another possible avenue
I also use this - good but expensive - https://www.ocado.com/webshop/produ...jj9CbEtpujqh_n_QLyBoCWeEQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
Or get this https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/gb/groceries/hi-lo-loaf?langId=44&storeId=10151&krypto=E0qrJqv83Kk29RyZiEM62j/0um+oDES5UVadlgpA86ScV/aTc5tX53TI0uPTFeepzJDTNqXE+uvMAPlbSdnum/t1MApTZgbp+iiObEdChfaE1I63UJIPIlFvEAgrCRBhjl6cUzTAhszZUMv4y+A4NjQT3k6/egLgtzrX95xzHrs=&ddkey=https:gb/groceries/hi-lo-loaf which is slightly higher carbs than livlife and in many areas only available ( from sainsburys at least) as an online shopping item

Oh no It’s my go to breakfast at the moment

I use Burgen linseed and soya bread available in Sainsbury and Tesco. It is 11g carbs per slice but is a normal size loaf with decent thickness and full of omega 3. I have a whole slice toasted with masses of butter, or half a slice toasted if I have other carbs with it. I had to change to Burgen when Lidl discontinued the high protein rolls and I was having withdrawal symptoms!

+1 for Burgen. You can keep it in the freezer and toast one slice at a time, or zap it in the microwave. I prefer it to other low carb bread as it has more "substance". They make a small version which I think has 9 grams per slice.

Sadly Burgen sends my sugars bonkers - I used to be ok with it earlier on in my dance with diabetes but thats no longer the case
As with everything to do with diet and diabetes, the BG impact of foods, particularly those making up a significant % of an individuals diet, needs to be tested by the individual and then retested if / when any change in overall control appears - things can, and do, change over time
