Your BP & cholesterol seem OK. If your diabetes is "out of control" then 68 days is unacceptable.
To be able to offer more specific advice, we need to know:
your typical diet;
Blood Glucose readings [not urine] - overnight fasting; 1 hour & 2 hours after food & before the next meal, & at bed time, on a typical day;
your diabetes medication.
I am not on insulin, but I understand that improving carbohydrate metabolism means converting carb to fat rather than blood glucose, so it won't help your weight problem. Carb reduction will still be advisable.
