I bought the Lo-Dough bread a few weeks ago. I hated it. It had a texture of Polystyrene and tasted of nothing. It seemed very processed and did not taste like real food.
 
I improvise a base with ground almonds, butter and desiccated coconut, sometimes with coconut oil for extra rigidity - much easier to use and you can make it at home from ingredients you know are good.
