D Deleted member 527103 Guest Jul 4, 2024 #2 It depends what long acting insulin you use. While Lantus has a reusable pen, it is not a smart pen. However, long acting insulins from NovoNordisk like Tresiba and Levemir can use the NovoPen Echo.
